How It Works
Getting started with Collaborator Seats is simple:
- From within your document, click the "Invite" button (in v2) or the "Share" button followed by "Collaborator" (in v3)
- Enter your collaborator's email address
- They'll receive an invitation to join and create a Proposify account (one-time setup)
- Once registered, they'll have immediate access to edit the shared document
- You’ll need to add the collaborator to each document you want reviewed.
Your collaborators will only see the documents they've been invited to, keeping your proposal workspace clean and focused. Plus, you can easily manage all your Collaborator Seats from your billing page.
