We’re pleased to announce Proposify’s successful completion of the 2020 System and Organizational Controls (SOC) 2® Type 1 examination in consultation with 360 Advanced, a professional and independent third-party audit firm.
“We take the protection of the data and documents of our customers and others who interact with our software very seriously,” said Kyle Racki, CEO of Proposify. “Our team has always been dedicated to data security through continuous compliance efforts and 24/7 system monitoring. That’s why we worked with 360 Advanced: to ensure that we meet and exceed industry standards.”
The examination complemented our other long-term compliance initiatives. Proposify has remained compliant with the UETA (1999), the ESIGN Act (2000), and eIDAS (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC) since our electronic signatures feature was released more than six years ago. We have also remained GDPR compliant since 2018.
Proposify was audited against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. The SOC 2 Type 1 examination provided assurance that our controls were designed and placed into operation as of a point in time.
