Proposify Getting Started Tutorial
Proposify is a powerful tool that helps you send winning, on-brand documents, but there is a learning curve. This tutorial will show you the most important functionality to learn so you can get up and running fast.
The Big Picture: How it all comes together.
Your experience using Proposify will be much more successful if you get started on the right footing.
Create a template
Templates are where you want to start in Proposify. They are boilerplate documents with all of the content built out that you and your sellers will create proposals from. If every document is a pizza, the template is your dough, sauce, and cheese.
Build your content library
The content library is where you store modular pieces of content, like case studies, team bios, agreements, and more. Pages, text snippets, images, and pricing can all get stored in your library.
Create and send proposals
When you create a document, you choose a template and Proposify makes a copy of that template your sellers edit. This is like adding toppings to your pizza.
1. Create and customize a template
Always start with a template and don't create one from scratch! Templates in Proposify allow you to set up sections (like chapters in a book), variables to auto-replace details like contact information, signatures, pricing, and more. We also offer a paid service to set up your template.
